Presbyterian World Service & Development

This organisation provides emergency relief and rehabilitation work world-wide, in partnership with Canadian Foodgrains Bank and World Council of Churches. It is also involved with community development, working with local community organisations in South America, India and Africa. Its programs are financially supported by CIDA—with matching grants 3:1 our $ l.00 giving is tripled. Presbyterian World Service & Development does not receive funds from Presbyterians Sharing.

Session Benevolent Fund

This fund has two purposes: It provides funds for families or individuals known by the ministers for emergency use, and it sponsors children through Christian Children's Fund of Canada. The children presently being sponsored are:
