Rental Rates 2026

*All rates are HOURLY*

Sanctuary: Non-Profit $100 & Other $200

Centre Hall: $100

North Hall: $100

Kitchen: $100

Choir Vestry: $60

Upstairs East Side Room: $60

Upstairs Meeting Room (above north hall): $75

Lounge: $75

All renting parties must have INSURANCE (Liability)

 

Staff & Use of Equipment

We may provide a volunteer to open the building & lock up, but rates for other personnel will be included in the fees. These fees will be per event.

  • Custodian (cleaning up after event): $170
  • Soundboard & PowerPoint operator: $170 (each)
  • Musician: $170

Please Note:

  1. We prefer that no persons outside the church operate the sanctuary Soundboard & PowerPoint system. If you do have your own operators, changing settings and fiddling with dials etc. is not permitted. You may be charged extra, should we need to set our equipment back to original settings.

 

  1. In the event that your party has left the premises in disarray and left the kitchen and/or bathrooms filthy, you will be billed for custodial services. Please be sure your party is responsible and respectful of our property, and that they clean up after themselves.

 

  1. Rental fees start from the time your party arrives, to the time they vacate.

 

  1. All fees are non-negotiable.

 

  1. Understand that this property is first of all a religious institution. It is a place of spiritual significance to many people. Be respectful and responsible when using our property.
